It all started when the 100+ year old cherry tree in our backyard fell.
That gorgeous, towering tree provided shade, food and shelter for birds, bees and other critters, and snowy petal showers to all those under it for over a century. After it came down, we realized there were so many ways we could honor the life of this tree and bring its beauty and purpose to others. And, in doing so, we discovered that we had hidden talents in woodworking!
That's how we started creating these serving boards - each one is unique in size and appearance, intended to bring you joy and functionality, serving as a centerpiece of natural beauty, and a reminder that life carries on in many, many ways.
What types of boards do we make?
Cutting boards - natural, all-wood boards in various shapes and sizes - cherry, walnut, maple, oak, or others as they become available (we use locally sourced wood only).
Cheese boards, Charcuterie boards, Dessert boards, Serving boards - these incorporate epoxy resin designs and materials, and are great for display and serving but aren't meant for cutting.
Side Tables - live edge wood tables with or without epoxy resin color highlights
Custom Designs - we can create boards or tables customized to your request! If you'd like a certain color, 'river' theme, sizing or shape, just let us know and we can create it for you.
