Our creamed raw honey is a thick and creamy version of our regular honey, and equally delicious! All raw honey will eventually crystallize, but for creamed honey we control the process through "microcrystallization" (not heated) to create a creamy, spreadable consistency. It takes some extra time and effort, but we think you'll agree it's worth it!
